this is the layout for Serendipity. It also has a full
attic and a porch out front though neither are shown. The
red lines signify doors. The top of the photo corresponds
to the back of the house and the bottom to the front.
After, Andrew moved to Willowveil, Ivy and Violeta decided to
live at Serendipity during their college years. Rather
than one of them getting the large master bedroom, they kept
Andrew's former bedroom as a guest room and each took one of the
former guest rooms as their own. However, once Ivy married
Sy in March 2020, they moved to the larger bedroom. At the
same time, Violeta moved back to Willowveil where she has
remained though a room is still kept for her.
